Acme Solar Holdings Limited has approved a proposal to raise up to Rs 3,000 crore. The matter will be placed before shareholders at the company’s annual general meeting on 29 September 2025.
The fundraising plan enables the company to raise an aggregate amount of up to Rs 3,000 crore in one or more tranches.Â
The funds may be mobilised through the issuance of equity shares or equity-linked instruments, using modes such as qualified institutional placement (QIP), further public offer (FPO), private placement, or a combination, subject to regulatory and statutory approvals.
The company has recently won FDRE capacity in Tata Power Delhi Distribution Limited’s tender, secured long-term financing of Rs 31.84 billion from REC Limited for a 280 MW FDRE project with NHPC, and signed a battery storage agreement with NHPC for a project in Andhra Pradesh.
