Advait Energy Transitions Limited, formerly Advait Infratech Limited, has secured a turnkey contract worth approximately Rs 134.63 crore from Madhya Pradesh Power Transmission Co. Ltd. (MPPTCL) for the design, manufacturing and supply of Emergency Restoration Systems (ERS) for Extra High Voltage (EHV) transmission lines.

The order covers ERS suitable for 400 kV, 220 kV and 132 kV voltage classes, along with all necessary accessories. The contract value is Rs 1,346.25 million, inclusive of taxes, equivalent to Rs 134.63 crore.

The domestic turnkey project has an execution period of 18 months and has been awarded in the normal course of business. The order adds to Advait Energy’s order book in the power transmission infrastructure segment.

Last week, Advait Greenergy Private Limited, a material subsidiary of Advait Energy Transitions, secured a turnkey engineering, procurement and construction (EPC) contract from KPI Green Energy Limited for a 200 MW ground-mounted solar project in Bikaner, Rajasthan.

The two orders add transmission infrastructure and renewable energy projects to the group’s recent order intake.
