Quality Power subsidiary wins FACTS order from Japan

Quality Power Electrical Equipments Limited has announced that its material step-down subsidiary, ENDOKS ENERJI ANONIM SIRKETI, has secured an order to supply Flexible Alternating Current Transmission Systems (FACTS) equipment for a project in Japan.

The order is valued at approximately Rs 40.9 crore, excluding taxes, and is scheduled to be executed by approximately December 2026.

Order details

The contract covers the supply of FACTS systems and associated equipment to an international entity. The name of the customer has not been disclosed due to confidentiality obligations under a non-disclosure agreement.

Quality Power stated that neither its promoter, promoter group nor group companies have any interest in the entity awarding the contract. The company also confirmed that the transaction does not qualify as a related-party transaction.
