TARIL secures USD 16.26 million export transformer order

Transformers and Rectifiers (India) Limited (TARIL) has secured an export order worth USD 16,258,352, equivalent to about Rs 150 crore, from PDC AK LPIV, LLC. The contract covers the manufacturing and supply of five transformers, with delivery scheduled by mid-2027.

The company stated that the order falls within its normal course of business and does not involve any related party transactions. It also confirmed that no promoter, promoter group or group company has any interest in the awarding entity. TARIL said it remains focused on delivering quality products and services.

In Q4 FY26, TARIL reported standalone revenue of Rs 75,233 lakhs, up 16.2% YoY, with EBITDA at Rs 11,690 lakhs (up 4.6%, margin 15.1%) and PAT at Rs 7,731 lakhs (up 1.0%, margin 10.0%). Consolidated revenue stood at Rs 78,267 lakhs (up 15.7%), EBITDA at Rs 14,085 lakhs (up 1.9%, margin 17.5%), and PAT at Rs 9,110 lakhs (down 3.3%). For FY26, standalone revenue rose to Rs 2,39,549 lakhs (up 22.8%), with EBITDA at Rs 36,996 lakhs (up 16.8%, margin 15.1%) and PAT at Rs 22,547 lakhs (up 20.1%, margin 9.2%). Consolidated revenue reached Rs 2,50,880 lakhs (up 24.2%), EBITDA Rs 44,403 lakhs (up 23.6%, margin 17.3%), and PAT Rs 27,209 lakhs (up 25.6%).
