Waaree Energies US arm bags 150 MW international solar module order

Waaree Energies Limited has secured an overseas solar module supply order through its United States subsidiary, adding to its international order pipeline.
In a regulatory filing dated February 4, 2026, the company said its wholly owned subsidiary, Waaree Solar Americas Inc., has received an order to supply 150 MW of solar modules. The customer has been described as a reputed solar power developer and independent power producer.
The contract is classified as a one time international supply order. Module deliveries are scheduled to take place over 2026 and 2027.
Waaree Energies clarified that the transaction does not qualify as a related party transaction and that its promoters have no interest in the entity awarding the contract. The company said the order forms part of its normal course of business.
