Jindal Saw Limited has signed a share purchase agreement (SPA) to acquire a 31.20% equity stake in ReNew Green MHH One Private Limited (RGMHH), making RGMHH an associate company.
RGMHH focuses on renewable energy generation but has not yet commenced operations. The acquisition aims to secure electricity at concessional rates and is expected to be completed by May 2025.
