KEC International wins Rs 1,002 crore orders across segments

KEC International Ltd. has secured new orders worth Rs 1,002 crore across multiple business verticals.

A large share of the orders came from the Transmission and Distribution (T&D) segment, including a ±500 kV high-voltage direct current (HVDC) transmission line project from a private developer in Western India. The segment also won a contract for 132 kV cabling works from a steel producer in Eastern India, along with orders for the supply of towers, hardware, and poles in the Americas.

In the Renewables segment, the company secured an order for a wind power project exceeding 100 MW in Southern India from an existing private developer. The Transportation business added two orders in the Automatic Block Signalling (ABS) segment in Southern India, focusing on railway signalling systems. The Cables and Conductors segment secured multiple contracts across domestic and international markets.

Vimal Kejriwal, Managing Director (MD) and Chief Executive Officer (CEO), stated that the HVDC order strengthens the company’s T&D order book, particularly in the HVDC segment, while the repeat order in wind energy reflects continued engagement with existing clients.

The order wins reflect KEC International’s diversified presence across T&D, Civil, Transportation, Renewables, Oil and Gas Pipelines, and Cables and Conductors, with operations spanning more than 110 countries.
