Waaree Energies Limited announced that its wholly owned subsidiary, Waaree Forever Energies Private Limited (WFEPL), has entered into a Share Purchase Agreement to acquire 100% equity in Sunbreeze Ninth Cloud Private Limited.
The acquisition is subject to standard closing conditions and is expected to be completed by November 30, 2025, or on a mutually agreed later date. Waaree confirmed that the transaction does not involve any related parties, and none of its promoters or group companies have a stake in it.
According to a regulatory filing, the company received intimation of the agreement from WFEPL on November 4, 2025. Sunbreeze Ninth Cloud Private Limited, incorporated in Delhi on June 14, 2024, operates in the transportation sector. It has an authorised capital of Rs 2 million and a paid-up capital of Rs 0.1 million. The company’s directors are Prathmesh Mairal, Hardesh Jain, and Rushabh Chordiya.
