Vikram Solar Limited has entered into a Solar Cell Supply Agreement with Evervolt Solar Technology India Private Limited (formerly CETC Renewable Energy Technology India Pvt. Ltd.) for the procurement of 130 MW of Mono-PERC 10BB Domestic Content Requirement (DCR)-compliant solar cells.

The agreement was signed on July 8, 2026, and the company informed the stock exchanges of the development on July 9, 2026, under Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.

Domestic cell procurement

The agreement covers the supply of Mono-PERC 10BB DCR-compliant solar cells for Vikram Solar’s module manufacturing operations.

DCR-compliant solar cells are manufactured in India and are required for projects implemented under government schemes that mandate the use of domestically manufactured solar components.

Mono-PERC (Passivated Emitter Rear Cell) technology with 10 busbars (10BB) is designed to improve cell efficiency and performance compared with conventional multi-busbar configurations.

The company said the 130 MW procurement will support its module manufacturing operations using domestically sourced solar cells.
