Transrail Lighting wins Rs 575 crore orders across power and civil segments
Transrail Lighting Limited has secured new orders worth Rs 575 crore, primarily in the power transmission and distribution sector, along with contracts in its civil construction and pole businesses.
In a stock exchange filing, the company said the orders were received in the normal course of business. It also disclosed that it currently holds L1 status for projects worth approximately Rs 400 crore and maintains a strong bidding pipeline across domestic and international markets.
The latest order wins include the construction of a 500 kV High Voltage Direct Current (HVDC) transmission line for a major customer, product supplies in international markets, specialised civil construction projects, and pole supply contracts.
Commenting on the development, Randeep Narang, Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Transrail Lighting, said the order inflows reflect the company’s diversified capabilities across multiple business segments. He added that a strong unexecuted order book and a healthy bidding pipeline position the company to maintain growth momentum while focusing on execution and margins.
Transrail Lighting is an engineering, procurement and construction (EPC) company with operations spanning more than four decades. The company primarily focuses on power transmission and distribution projects and has a presence across 63 countries and five continents.
Its manufacturing facilities in India produce galvanised lattice towers, overhead conductors and galvanised monopoles. The company also operates an accredited tower testing facility.
The latest announcement follows another major order win disclosed in December 2025, when Transrail Lighting secured fresh EPC contracts worth Rs 822 crore. Those orders included a turnkey 400 kV transmission line project in a Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) region, along with contracts in civil works, poles and lighting businesses.
