MNRE eases rooftop solar submission rules under PM Surya Ghar scheme
The Ministry of New and Renewable Energy (MNRE) has enabled residential consumers to submit rooftop solar installations on the national portal for PM Surya Ghar: Muft Bijli Yojana (PMSG:MBY) without a Domestic Content Requirement (DCR) certificate if they choose to forgo central financial assistance (CFA) under the “Give It Up” option.
