SECI, CEEW sign MoU to advance renewable energy markets

Solar Energy Corporation of India Limited (SECI) and the Council on Energy, Environment and Water (CEEW) have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to collaborate on developing future-ready renewable energy business models, strengthening innovative power procurement and supporting the growth of clean energy markets in India.

The partnership will focus on accelerating the country’s clean energy transition through innovation, knowledge sharing and capacity building. Under the MoU, the two organisations will work together on initiatives aimed at advancing renewable energy deployment and enhancing market development.

The MoU was signed by Shri Prashant Soni, Dy. General Manager, SECI, and Dr Arunabha Ghosh, Chief Executive Officer (CEO), CEEW. The exchange took place in the presence of Shri Akash Tripathi, Managing Director, SECI, Dr Arunabha Ghosh, CEO, CEEW, and Shri Sivakumar V. Vepakomma, Director (Power Systems), SECI.
