Saatvik subsidiary secures Rs 138 crore solar module supply order
Saatvik Green Energy Limited has announced that its material subsidiary, Saatvik Solar Industries Private Limited, has secured a domestic order worth Rs 138 crore for the supply of solar photovoltaic (PV) modules. The order has been awarded by a reputed independent power producer/EPC player and is scheduled to be executed by December 2026.
The latest contract adds to the company’s order book and comes within months of another major module supply award received earlier this year.
Order details
According to the regulatory filing, the order is commercial in nature and pertains to the domestic market. Saatvik Solar Industries Private Limited has accepted the award, with supplies expected to be completed by the end of December 2026.
The company stated that none of its promoters, promoter group entities or group companies have any interest in the awarding entity. It further clarified that the transaction does not qualify as a related-party transaction.
Recent developments
The new order follows another significant contract secured by the company in May 2026. Saatvik Green Energy had received an order valued at Rs 171.45 crore for the supply of solar PV modules.
With the addition of the latest contract, the company continues to strengthen its position in India’s solar manufacturing and module supply segment amid rising demand from utility-scale renewable energy projects.
