Saatvik Green Energy secures Rs 171.45 crore solar module order

Saatvik Green Energy has received and accepted an order worth Rs 171.45 crore for the supply of solar photovoltaic (PV) modules, according to a regulatory filing dated May 26, 2026.

The order has been awarded by a domestic independent power producer (IPP) or engineering, procurement and construction (EPC) company. The company did not disclose the name of the customer and described it as a reputed industry participant.

Saatvik Green Energy said the contract relates to the commercial supply of solar PV modules and is scheduled for execution by October 2026.

The company also clarified that neither its promoters, promoter group nor group companies have any interest in the awarding entity. It added that the transaction does not fall under related party transactions.

The company recently reported its highest-ever annual financial performance for FY26, with revenue from operations rising 111% year-on-year to Rs 4,548 crore, EBITDA increasing 62% to Rs 581.1 crore, and PAT growing 64% to Rs 357.1 crore. EBITDA margin stood at 12.77%, while PAT margin was 7.85%. Q4 FY26 revenue rose 75% year-on-year to Rs 1,607.7 crore, and basic EPS for the year was reported at Rs 29.83.
