Pace Digitek subsidiary wins BESS order for Bihar power project

Lineage Power Private Limited, a material subsidiary of Pace Digitek Limited, has secured an order from Larsen and Toubro Limited, Construction, for a Battery Energy Storage Systems package under the Bihar State Power Generation Company Limited project in Kajra, Bihar.
The scope covers the supply of LiFePo4 liquid cooling BESS integrated containers. The contract is valued at Rs 1,994.20 million, including taxes. The company will supply 55 units with a combined capacity of 275,825 kWh. Manufacturing clearance is expected by December 2025, and the full delivery schedule extends to March 2026. The company stated that the order is domestic in nature and does not involve a related party transaction.
The announcement has been made under Regulation 30 of the SEBI Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements Regulations 2015.
