Nextracker to supply solar trackers for ReNew’s 305 MW project in Andhra Pradesh

Nextracker has signed an agreement with ReNew Power Ventures Private Limited to supply solar trackers for a 305 MW solar project in Anantapur, Andhra Pradesh.
The project is part of ReNew Power’s larger 2,800 MWp wind-solar hybrid development, which includes 1,800 MWp of solar, 1,000 MW of wind, and a 2,000 MWh Battery Energy Storage System (BESS). The entire project also involves building a 100 km extra high voltage (EHV) transmission line.
ReNew Power is developing the hybrid system on 2,300 acres of land in Bettapalli, Guthi mandal, in Anantapur district. The total expected investment for the project is Rs 220 billion.
