GRE Renew Entertech bags Rs 24 crore solar EPC orders

GRE Renew Enertech Limited, formerly GRE Renew Entertech Private Limited, has secured three solar engineering, procurement and construction (EPC) contracts with a combined value of approximately Rs 24 crore during the first half of July 2026, according to a regulatory filing made on July 17, 2026.

The newly awarded projects are all domestic in nature and take the company’s total order book to around Rs 248 crore as of the date of disclosure.

Orders received

The largest contract has been awarded by Navsurya Renewable Energy Private Limited for the development of a 2.916 MWp (DC) grid-connected ground-mounted solar project equipped with single-axis trackers. The project, to be executed under the Distributed Renewable Energy Bilateral Purchase (DREBP) scheme, is valued at Rs 10.97 crore and is scheduled for completion within approximately six months.

GRE Renew Enertech has also received a second order from Navsurya Renewable Energy for a 2.500 MWp grid-connected solar plant under a third-party sale arrangement. The contract is valued at Rs 9.54 crore and carries a similar execution timeline of about six months.

The third order has been placed by Dain Colour Chem Ltd. and involves the development of a 0.773 MWp grid-connected solar power plant under a captive consumption model. The scope of work includes the construction of an 11 kV overhead transmission line. The project is valued at Rs 3.49 crore and is expected to be completed over a period of approximately 12 months.

Order book

The company stated that all three contracts were awarded in the ordinary course of business and do not involve any related-party transactions.

Following the addition of these projects, GRE Renew Enertech’s outstanding order book has increased to approximately Rs 248 crore, reflecting continued activity in the commercial and industrial solar EPC segment across different procurement models.
