GRE Renew Enertech bags Rs 4.32 crore solar EPC order

GRE Renew Enertech Limited (formerly GRE Renew Enertech Private Limited) has received a domestic order worth Rs 4.32 crore (inclusive of taxes) for a ground-mounted solar captive power project. Souraj Energy Private Limited awarded the order on April 21, 2026.

The scope includes development of a grid-connected solar ground-mounted captive plant with a capacity of 1,250 kW DC / 900 kW AC on an Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) turnkey basis. The project is scheduled for execution over approximately six months.

The company stated that the order is part of its routine EPC operations and does not involve entry into a new business segment or any change in its business model, risk profile, or financial position. The transaction does not involve any promoter or promoter group interest and is not a related party transaction.

The disclosure was made as part of the company’s fortnightly business update framework aimed at improving transparency and investor communication.
