Enviro Infra Engineers Limited has approved the acquisition of a 100 per cent equity stake in Sunaxis Renewables Private Limited from its wholly owned subsidiary, EIE Renewables Private Limited.
Following the transaction, Sunaxis Renewables will become a step-down wholly owned subsidiary of Enviro Infra Engineers.
Sunaxis Solar Power Private Limited focuses on solar solutions for industrial operations. With over 30 years of experience, the company has executed more than 200 MW of solar projects and commissioned substations across global markets.
