Bajel Projects Ltd has been awarded an EPC contract by Adani Energy Solutions Ltd (AESL) for the construction of a 400kV double-circuit (D/C) transmission line, spanning 217 km to connect Raipur in Chhattisgarh to Tiroda in Maharashtra.
The project will use Quad ACSR Moose conductors and is slated for completion within 18 months from the issuance of the letter of award.
Bajel Projects also secured a supply of goods and services contract from Solapur Transmission Ltd, a project company of Torrent Power Ltd, for the establishment of a new 400/220 KV Solapur substation in Maharashtra. This contract includes design, engineering, manufacturing, supply, erection, civil work, testing, and commissioning of the substation, with expected completion within 15 months from the LoA.
