ACME commissions 33.3 MW BESS in Rajasthan
ACME Solar Holdings Limited has commissioned a 33.333 MW / 160.480 MWh Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) in Rajasthan. The project is located at Village Badi Sid in the Phalodi and Jodhpur districts. It achieved commissioning on May 4, 2026, with the Commercial Operation Date (COD) scheduled for May 6, 2026.
The project was executed through ACME Sun Power Private Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of ACME Solar Holdings Limited. With this addition, the subsidiary’s total commissioned BESS capacity has increased to 200.003 MW / 962.940 MWh.
The commissioning adds to the state’s standalone energy storage capacity. It reflects continued deployment of grid-scale storage infrastructure in Rajasthan.
