Premier Energies’ subsidiaries receive orders worth Rs 5.6 bn

Premier Energies International and Premier Energies Photovoltaic, subsidiaries of Premier Energies, have received and accepted multiple orders totalling Rs 5.6 billion.  Two large independent power producers (IPPs) and others have awarded the contracts. These orders comprise Rs 5.13 billion for solar modules and Rs 470 million for solar cells.  The supply of these modules will commence in December 2024 and is expected to conclude by May 2025.

Premier Energies signs MSA with BN Hybrid Power-1 for Rajasthan project

Premier Energies International Private Limited, a subsidiary of Premier Energies Limited, has entered into a module supply agreement (MSA) with BN Hybrid Power-1 Private Limited, a special purpose vehicle of BrightNight India.  Under this agreement, Premier Energies will supply 173.35 MWp of solar modules featuring Topcon technology for BN Hybrid Power-1’s 300 MW renewable energy project in Barmer, Rajasthan. The supply of these modules is set to begin in July 2025.

Premier Energies secures Rs 2.15 billion order for solar water pumping in Uttar Pradesh

Premier Energies Limited has received a Rs 2.15 billion order from the Department of Agriculture, Uttar Pradesh, for the supply, installation, and commissioning of 8,085 solar water pumping systems across various districts in the state. The project, which includes a five-year comprehensive warranty, is scheduled for completion by March 2025. This initiative is part of component-B of the Pradhan Mantri Kisan Urja Suraksha evam Utthaan Mahabhiyan (PM-KUSUM).

Heliene partners with NorSun for domestic wafer supply in the U.S. solar manufacturing expansion
