Waaree Energies Limited has announced the incorporation of three step-down subsidiaries through its wholly owned unit, Waaree Forever Energies Private Limited.
According to the company’s filing on September 12, 2025, Waaree Forever Energies Four Private Limited and Waaree Forever Energies Five Private Limited were incorporated on September 10, with certificates received on September 11. Waaree Forever Energies One Private Limited was incorporated on September 12, with the certificate received the same day.
The subsidiaries have been set up as Independent Power Producers (IPP) to facilitate and hold specific power projects. Each of them is fully owned by Waaree Forever Energies Private Limited. The companies are newly incorporated, have not started operations, and currently have no turnover.
