KEC International Limited, an infrastructure EPC company under the RPG Group, has secured new orders worth Rs 10.34 billion across its Transmission & Distribution (T&D), Civil, and Cables businesses. These contracts were announced on May 12, 2025.

In the T&D segment, KEC won a STATCOM (Static Synchronous Compensator) project from a global Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) in India. This marks KEC’s first entry into the STATCOM segment, expanding its substation-related capabilities. The T&D business also continues its operations in the Americas with orders for the supply of towers, hardware, and poles.

In the Civil segment, KEC received two key orders:

  • Construction of a semiconductor plant for a leading private sector client, marking its entry into the semiconductor infrastructure segment.

  • Execution of an upstream project for a major steel manufacturer in India, which is a repeat order.

In the Cables business, the company secured contracts for the supply of various cable types across India.

Mr. Vimal Kejriwal, Managing Director and CEO of KEC International, said the orders reinforce KEC’s confidence in meeting its order targets for the year and reflect its strategic push into emerging segments such as semiconductors and STATCOM technology.
