Waaree Energies to sell 14.66% stake in Indosolar through OFS

Waaree Energies Limited plans to divest up to 6.1 million equity shares of Indosolar Limited, equal to 14.66 per cent of the company’s paid-up capital, through an Offer for Sale (OFS) on the stock exchanges.
The share sale will be available to non-retail investors on September 18, 2025, and to retail investors on September 19, 2025. According to the filing with the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) and National Stock Exchange (NSE), the shares carry a face value of ₹10 each and will be sold through a separate trading window.
The transaction is being undertaken to comply with the minimum public shareholding requirement under Rule 19A(5) of the Securities Contracts (Regulation) Rules, 1957, and Regulation 38 of SEBI’s Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements. OFS is one of the methods allowed by the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) for meeting this requirement.
Waaree Energies, the promoter of Indosolar, has appointed Antique Stock Broking Limited as the broker for the sale.
