Waaree Energies Limited has reported the receipt of a new domestic supply order for solar modules. The company received the order on 8 January 2026 from a domestic customer engaged in owning, developing, and operating renewable power projects in India.
The order involves the one time supply of 105 MW of solar modules. Waaree Energies stated that the supply is scheduled to be completed within the Financial Year 2025-26.
The company has clarified that the transaction does not qualify as a related party transaction. It also confirmed that none of its promoters or group companies have any interest in the entity that placed the order.
