Teerth Gopicon Private Limited has received Letters of Award (LoAs) from Rajasthan Renewable Energy Corporation Limited (RRECL) and Jaipur Vidyut Vitran Nigam Limited (JVVNL) for setting up a total of 109.29 MW of solar power projects across Rajasthan.
The company secured an LoA worth Rs 4,085.39 million from RRECL to develop 63 MW rooftop solar projects under the Hybrid Annuity Model (HAM). The projects will be installed on state government and undertaking buildings in Bundi, Jodhpur, Pali, and Sirohi districts. The breakdown is as follows:
- 8 MW in Bundi at Rs 372.88 million
- 10 MW in Sirohi at Rs 466.19 million
- 20 MW in Pali at Rs 932.38 million
- 20 MW in Pali at Rs 1,165.47 million
The total cost also includes Rs 1,148.47 million for 25 years of comprehensive operation and maintenance (O&M). These projects are part of RRECL’s December 2024 tender for 511 MW rooftop solar on government buildings. Commissioning is expected within 12 months from the LoA date.
Additionally, Teerth Gopicon received an LoA from JVVNL for 46.29 MW grid-connected solar plants. The scope includes design, survey, supply, installation, testing, commissioning, and 25 years of O&M. The project also involves developing 11 kV lines to connect the plants with various 33/11 kV substations and implementing a remote monitoring system (RMS).
This project will support the solarization of agricultural consumers on 11 kV feeders under Component C of the PM-KUSUM scheme on a Renewable Energy Service Company (RESCO) model. It is expected to be commissioned within nine months.
