Sterling and Wilson Renewable Energy Limited (SWREL) has reported strong revenue and operating performance for the third quarter of FY26 and raised its full year order inflow guidance to over Rs 11,000 crore, citing sustained demand in the renewable energy market.
The Board of Directors approved the unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results at a meeting held on 15 January 2026, for the quarter and nine months ended 31 December 2025. The statutory auditors issued an unmodified review report on the financial statements.
For the nine month period ended 31 December 2025 (9M FY26), SWREL reported consolidated revenue from operations of Rs 5,602.44 crore, an increase of 48% compared to the same period last year. Operational Earnings Before Interest, Taxes, Depreciation, and Amortisation (EBITDA) rose 115% year on year to Rs 289 crore.
During 9M FY26, the company secured new orders worth Rs 6,929 crore. Key wins included a five-year framework agreement, its first Balance of System (BOS) order from Adani Green, and a second order in South Africa valued at $147 million. Based on the order momentum, SWREL revised its FY26 order inflow guidance to more than Rs 11,000 crore.
