Oswal Pumps announced receipt of three LOAs from NBPDCL and South Bihar Power Distribution Company Limited (SBPDCL) for a cumulative capacity of 63 MW across the Motihari, Saharsa, and Ara Circles.

The company said the aggregate installation order value is approximately Rs 247 crore. It also estimated an additional long-term revenue potential of approximately Rs 257 crore over 10 years from energy supply under the Renewable Energy Service Company (RESCO) model, taking the cumulative revenue opportunity to over Rs 500 crore.

According to the company, the projects will cover 57,492 consumer installations.

Execution model

Both orders are being executed under the CAPEX plus RESCO mode under the Utility-Led Aggregation model. The scope of work includes design, procurement, installation, commissioning, financing, and operation and maintenance for 10 years.

All installations are expected to be commissioned within nine months from execution of the PPAs.

Oswal Pumps Chairman and Managing Director (CMD) Vivek Gupta said the award represents a strategic shift towards diversifying revenue streams beyond the company’s traditional PM Kusum portfolio.
