SJVN Limited reported a total power generation of 13,302 million units (MU) from its operational stations in FY2025-26, with multiple projects recording peak or near-peak annual output.
The 412 MW Rampur Hydro Power Station achieved its highest-ever annual generation of 2,108.034 MU, exceeding the 2,100 MU mark for the first time in its eleven-year operating history. The 1,500 MW Nathpa Jhakri Hydro Power Station recorded 7,506.617 MU, marking its second-highest annual generation since commissioning. The station also crossed a cumulative generation milestone of 150 billion units in March 2026.
The 60 MW Naitwar Mori Hydro Power Station generated 310.37 MU in its second year of operations and maintenance, which is 17% higher than its design energy of 265.5 MU. The 1,000 MW Bikaner Solar Power Station crossed one billion units of cumulative generation on March 19, 2026.
Chairman and Managing Director Bhupender Gupta attributed the performance to employee efforts and support from central and state governments. Director (Finance) Parthajit De stated that the results reflect operational strength, while Director (Personnel) Ajay Kumar Sharma highlighted the contribution of these projects to regional socioeconomic development.
