Saatvik subsidiary wins Rs 10.15 crore solar module supply order

Saatvik Green Energy Limited informed stock exchanges on January 22, 2026, that its material subsidiary, Saatvik Solar Industries Private Limited, has received and accepted a supply order worth Rs 10.15 crore from a domestic Independent Power Producer (IPP) and Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC) company.
The order involves the supply of solar photovoltaic (PV) modules. In its disclosure under Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) Listing Regulations, the company stated that the order is commercial in nature and is scheduled for execution by February 2026.
Saatvik Green Energy Limited clarified that the awarding entity is a domestic company and that the transaction is not a related party transaction. The company also stated that its promoters and group entities have no interest in the counterparty.
Earlier this month, Saatvik Solar Industries received another order valued at Rs 13.80 crore for the supply of solar PV modules. A domestic IPP and EPC player placed that order and is also expected to be completed by February 2026.
