Saatvik Solar Industries Private Limited, a subsidiary of Saatvik Green Energy Limited, has received a solar photovoltaic (PV) module supply order worth Rs 108.75 crore from domestic independent power producers (IPPs) and engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) contractors, according to a Regulation 30 disclosure filed on April 9, 2026.
The order is scheduled for execution by September 2026, indicating near-term deliveries aligned with active project pipelines. The company did not disclose customer names, stating only that the buyers include established IPPs and EPC players. Details on module technology and wattage were not specified.
