Saatvik Solar leases 185 acres in Madhya Pradesh for manufacturing

Saatvik Solar Industries Private Limited, a material subsidiary of Saatvik Green Energy Limited, has executed a lease deed with MP Industrial Development Corporation Limited for 185 acres of land in Madhya Pradesh, the company said in a regulatory filing.
The leased land, measuring about 7.48 lakh square metres, is located at Plot No. 5, Industrial Area, Mohasa-Babai, Phase 2, Tehsil Makhan Nagar, in Narmadapuram district. The lease tenure is 99 years.
The site falls within a designated manufacturing zone for power and renewable energy equipment. The land acquisition forms part of the company’s plan to expand its manufacturing capacity in the renewable energy segment.
