Saatvik Solar bags Rs 666.7 crore domestic orders

Saatvik Solar Industries Private Limited, a material subsidiary of Saatvik Green Energy Limited, disclosed three separate orders totalling Rs 666.74 crore in filings to BSE and the National Stock Exchange of India on March 27.
The largest of the three is a domestic order worth Rs 638.26 crore for the supply of Solar Cell G12 R Type, placed by a solar module manufacturer. That contract is scheduled for execution by March 2027. The remaining two orders, worth Rs 14 crore and Rs 14.48 crore respectively, cover the supply of solar photovoltaic (PV) modules to independent power producers and engineering, procurement and construction players, and are both due for completion by March 2027.
All three contracts are commercial in nature and involve domestic counterparties. The company confirmed that neither the promoter group nor any group company holds an interest in the entities that placed the orders, and that none of the transactions qualify as related party transactions.
