ReNew, Suzlon, and Amara Raja report Q1 FY26 earnings

ReNew Energy Global reported a sharp rise in profit for the first quarter of FY26. Net profit increased thirteen times to Rs 513.1 crore, compared with Rs 39.4 crore in the same quarter of the previous year. Adjusted Ebitda stood at Rs 2,722 crore, up from Rs 1,897.9 crore in Q1 FY25. Total income rose to Rs 4,118.2 crore from Rs 2,490.3 crore.

Revenue from power sales grew 14 per cent year-on-year to Rs 2,547.3 crore. Income from module and cell manufacturing operations was Rs 1,322.3 crore.

Suzlon Energy Limited posted a net profit of Rs 3.24 billion in Q1 FY26, up 7.28 per cent from Rs 3.02 billion a year earlier. The company’s total income rose 54.84 per cent to Rs 31.65 billion, compared with Rs 20.44 billion in the same period last year.

Amara Raja Energy & Mobility Limited reported lower earnings for the quarter. Net profit fell 34 per cent year-on-year to Rs 165 crore from Rs 249 crore. Revenue was Rs 3,401 crore, up 4.2 per cent from Rs 3,263 crore. Ebitda declined 17 per cent to Rs 363 crore from Rs 437 crore, with margins narrowing to 11 per cent from 13.40 per cent.
