Refex Green Power establishes SPV for 100 MW solar project

Refex Green Power Limited (RGPL), a subsidiary of Refex Renewables & Infrastructure Limited, has incorporated Refex Solar SPV Five Limited to implement a 100 MW solar power project awarded by NTPC Limited.
Refex Solar SPV Five, wholly owned by RGPL, has been set up with a paid-up equity share capital of Rs 1 million.
The project will operate under a 25-year power purchase agreement with NTPC.
