Rajesh Power signs MoUs for underground power projects with Gujarat

Rajesh Power Services Limited (RSPL) has signed multiple memorandums of understanding (MoUs) with the Gujarat government at the Vibrant Gujarat Regional Conference (VGRC) 2025, covering projects worth Rs 47.54 billion.
Under the agreements, RSPL will undertake turnkey projects to convert high-tension (HT) overhead lines into underground cable networks across the state. The projects are expected to create employment opportunities for over 33,000 people, supporting Gujarat’s focus on inclusive growth and skill development.
Kurang Panchal, Managing Director of RSPL, said the company is pleased to contribute to the state’s power infrastructure. He highlighted that the projects will strengthen distribution networks, improve reliability, and enable future-ready energy solutions. Panchal emphasised RSPL’s commitment to timely and efficient project execution.
