PVV Infra Limited has entered into a technology collaboration with ITC Services Company Limited, Taiwan, raising the value of its integrated clean energy manufacturing project in Andhra Pradesh to approximately Rs 1,250 crore.

The company’s board approved a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with ITC Services Company Limited covering consultancy, customization and technology transfer for high-efficiency solar cell manufacturing, Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS), micro-inverters and smart power electronics. The agreement includes joint development and training, with a deployment timeline of 14–18 months. The collaboration supports PVV Infra’s proposed Integrated Clean Energy Manufacturing Complex, which is planned to include a 1.2 GW Tunnel Oxide Passivated Contact (TOPCon) solar cell facility, a 1 GW module assembly unit, and manufacturing units for BESS and micro-inverters.

The company has also moved to expand its existing MoU with the Government of Andhra Pradesh, originally signed on November 15, 2025. The project outlay has been revised from approximately Rs 650 crore to Rs 1,250 crore to reflect the broader, vertically integrated scope enabled by the technology partnership. The expansion is subject to phased implementation, financial closure and achievement of execution milestones. The company stated that the project is expected to support domestic value addition, reduce import dependence and create employment.

Separately, the board appointed Mr. Tse Hsiung Norman Lao as an Additional (Non-Independent) Director with effect from February 9, 2026. The company described him as an international technology and original equipment manufacturer (OEM) ecosystem leader with experience in advanced electronics and global partnership development. It stated that his appointment is intended to strengthen strategic execution and technology commercialisation efforts.
