PFC Consulting Limited (PFCCL) has invited Request for Proposal (RFP) bids for selecting transmission service providers (TSPs) through the tariff-based competitive bidding (TBCB) process. 

The bids are for three transmission projects on a build, own, operate, and transfer (BOOT) basis. The submission deadline is February 28, 2025.

The projects include:

  • Construction of grid substations at Wahipora and Sallar in Kashmir and the allied transmission system.
  • Development of a downstream transmission network from the upcoming 400/220 kV grid substation at Siot, Rajouri.
  • Construction of a 220/66/11 kV grid station at Baghthali, Kathua, along with a LILO (Line-In Line-Out) of the 220 kV single-circuit Sarna-Hiranagar line.

Jammu and Kashmir Power Transmission Corporation Limited (JKPTCL) has appointed PFCCL as the bid process coordinator (BPC) for these schemes.

Rosa Power becomes zero-debt company
