Pace Digitek subsidiary signs MoUs to supply BESS solutions in India
Pace Digitek Limited has announced that its material subsidiary, Lineage Power Private Limited (LPPL), has signed two strategic Memorandums of Understanding (MoUs) with Onward Solar Power Private Limited and Kalpa Power Private Limited to strengthen the supply of Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS) across India.
The agreements were signed during the first day of the 12th India Energy Storage Week (IESW) 2026 at IICC, Yashobhoomi, New Delhi, where Pace Digitek and LPPL are showcasing their integrated BESS portfolio at Hall 1, Stall 4.
Preferred supply partnership
Under the MoUs, LPPL will act as a preferred BESS supply partner for both companies, supporting future projects with integrated energy storage solutions.
The proposed scope of supply includes DC Blocks, Commercial & Industrial (C&I) BESS cabinets, residential BESS, Power Conversion Systems (PCS), Energy Management Systems (EMS), and battery containers.
Besides equipment supply, LPPL will provide engineering support, warranty services and lifecycle support. The companies said that project-specific commercial terms and supply arrangements will be finalised through separate definitive agreements and purchase orders.
The collaborations are intended to support the deployment of domestically manufactured BESS solutions across utility-scale, C&I and other energy storage applications.
Manufacturing strategy
According to the company, LPPL’s integrated manufacturing capabilities enable it to offer energy storage solutions across the value chain. The partnerships are aligned with Pace Digitek’s strategy of expanding its product-led energy storage business through collaborations with EPC companies, renewable energy developers and system integrators.
