Orient Green Power Company Limited said its material stepdown subsidiary, Clarion Wind Farm Private Limited, has entered into a contract with Pioneer Wincon Energy Systems Pvt Limited for the supply of wind turbine generators.
The company, in a regulatory filing dated April 18, 2026, stated that Clarion’s Investment/Borrowing/Banking Committee approved the contract at its meeting held on April 17, 2026. The agreement was signed on the same day.
The contract covers the supply of two P57-750 KW Wind Turbine Generators (WTGs), with a combined capacity of 1.5 MW. The turbines will be deployed for repowering an existing wind farm at the Devarkulam site in Tamil Nadu.
The total contract value stands at Rs 8.61 crore, inclusive of Goods and Services Tax (GST). Execution and supply are scheduled to be completed within ten weeks.
The company clarified that the transaction involves a domestic entity and does not qualify as a related party transaction. It also stated that the promoter, promoter group, and group companies have no interest in the entity awarding the contract.
