MNRE updates ALMM list with new solar PV module entries

The Ministry of New and Renewable Energy (MNRE) has issued an updated Approved List of Models and Manufacturers (ALMM) for solar photovoltaic (PV) modules on 19 September 2025, adding new modules and correcting earlier records.
The update includes enlistments for Avaada Energy, Ksolare Energy, FS Green Energies, Loom Solar, Cosmic PV Power, and Rajratan Ventures under a co-branding arrangement with Knack Energy. The modules listed cover bifacial TOPCon and mono PERC technologies with capacities ranging from 320 Wp to 630 Wp and efficiencies between 19 per cent and 23.5 per cent.
The list was last revised on 13 August 2025. According to MNRE, only models meeting the prescribed BIS standards and minimum efficiency thresholds remain eligible for inclusion. Enlistment continues to be subject to valid BIS certification.
