The Madhya Pradesh government, led by Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav, has allocated an additional 442.04 acres to the Mohasa-Babai Industrial Area in Narmadapuram, doubling its size to 884 acres.
The expansion aims to boost manufacturing in electric and renewable energy equipment.
The state Cabinet has also revised allotment processes and facilities for businesses in the industrial park.
Additionally, the Cabinet approved road infrastructure projects worth Rs 23.1 billion to enhance connectivity in Indore and Ujjain ahead of the Simhastha-2028 festival. The Madhya Pradesh Road Development Corporation will execute these projects to support regional growth and improve transportation.
