Kshema Power wins transmission order for 350 MW hybrid project

Kshema Power has secured an order from Oyster Green Hybrid Three Private Limited to develop transmission infrastructure for a 350 MW wind solar hybrid project in Madhya Pradesh.
The contract includes the supply, erection, testing and commissioning of a 51-kilometre 33 kV to 220 kV transmission line. It also covers the design, engineering, supply, installation, civil works and commissioning of an air-insulated substation. The project is scheduled for commissioning in July 2026.
Commenting on the order, Abhinand Basant, Deputy Managing Director of Kshema Power, said the contract reflects industry confidence in the company’s technical and execution capabilities and supports its expansion in high-capacity hybrid renewable projects.
Siddharth Bhatia, Managing Director of Oyster Green Hybrid Three Private Limited, said the project strengthens the company’s hybrid renewable portfolio and supports long-term and reliable power delivery, adding that the partnership is aligned with timely execution and quality standards.
