KPI Green sets up new SPV for renewable energy projects

KPI Green Energy Limited has incorporated a new special purpose vehicle (SPV), KPIN Clean Power Two LLP, on June 28, 2025. The SPV has been formed to implement renewable energy (RE) projects across India.
The new entity will be involved in generating, developing, transmitting, and supplying power using solar, wind, or other renewable sources. It will also have the capacity to sell electricity on a commercial basis and manage power plants either directly or through third-party arrangements.
The scope includes setting up and operating renewable energy systems, constructing and maintaining energy infrastructure, and acting as an engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) contractor for RE projects. It may also develop solar parks across India.
