KEC International secures Rs 1,303 crore orders across businesses
KEC International has secured new orders worth Rs 1,303 crore across its transmission and distribution (T&D), civil, renewables, and cables businesses, the company announced. The company is part of RPG Group.
In the T&D segment, KEC International secured orders for 400/220 kV substations and associated transmission lines from a private developer in Southern India. The business also received orders for the supply of towers, hardware, and poles in the Americas.
The civil business won an order for the construction of a press shop and related facilities for an automobile factory in Northern India. The project marks an expansion of the company’s presence in the automobile infrastructure segment.
The renewables business secured an order for a 150+ MW wind project in Western India from a private developer. The latest win further strengthens the company’s engineering, procurement and construction (EPC) portfolio in the wind segment.
The cables and conductors business secured multiple orders across domestic and international markets.
Vimal Kejriwal, Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of KEC International Ltd., said the company’s T&D business has strengthened its India order book through a repeat order from an existing private client. He added that the civil business has expanded its footprint in the automobile segment with a new marquee client, while the renewables business has continued to build its wind EPC portfolio through successive order wins.
KEC International reported consolidated revenue of Rs 23,506 crore in FY26, recording an 8% year-on-year increase. Earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation and amortisation (EBITDA) stood at Rs 1,659 crore with a margin of 7.1%, compared to Rs 1,504 crore and 6.9% in FY25. Operating profit after tax (PAT) rose 18% to Rs 650 crore, while PAT margin improved to 2.8% from 2.5%. PAT including exceptional items stood at Rs 606 crore.
