Insolation Energy Ltd announced that its subsidiary, Insolation Green Infra Private Limited, has received a turnkey project order worth Rs 232.36 crore (excluding GST) from Silgo Retail Ltd.
The order covers the design, engineering, manufacturing, supply, and supervision of erection, testing, and commissioning of a 54 MW AC (70.20 MWp DC) grid-connected solar power plant in Rajasthan under the KUSUM Scheme.
The project will be implemented across multiple sites in the state and is scheduled to be executed between FY 2025 and FY 2027.
Earlier this month, Insolation Green Energy Private Limited, another subsidiary of Insolation Energy, incorporated sixteen special purpose vehicles (SPVs) in two phases to advance renewable energy initiatives. These SPVs are intended to develop, commission, and operate solar and other renewable power projects, including rooftop PV installations, but have not yet begun operations.
