Insolation Energy forms 16 solar SPVs through subsidiary

Insolation Energy’s subsidiary, Insolation Green Energy Pvt. Ltd., has incorporated sixteen special purpose vehicles (SPVs) over two phases to support renewable energy initiatives.
On September 30, 2025, eleven entities were formed: DVJG Green Infra Pvt. Ltd., GDRV Green Infra Pvt. Ltd., GNJM Green Infra Pvt. Ltd., GVHJ Green Infra Pvt. Ltd., HPJG Green Infra Pvt. Ltd., PDJN Green Infra Pvt. Ltd., EGHR Green Infra Pvt. Ltd., JENP Green Infra Pvt. Ltd., VJEG Green Infra Pvt. Ltd., NGRJ Green Infra Pvt. Ltd., and MGJR Green Infra Pvt. Ltd.
Five additional subsidiaries—EGRJ Green Infra Pvt. Ltd., GJPN Green Infra Pvt. Ltd., JGVR Green Infra Pvt. Ltd., HGJP Green Infra Pvt. Ltd., and PDGN Green Infra Pvt. Ltd.—were incorporated on October 3, 2025.
According to company disclosures, these SPVs are intended to develop, erect, commission, and operate solar and other renewable power plants, including rooftop solar PV projects. The entities have not yet begun operations.
