Indo-Tech Transformers Limited has disclosed the cancellation of a Rs 64.99 crore order from Renew Wind Energy (JAMB) Private Limited for the supply of six 220 kV / 165 MVA power transformers. The customer cited project delay as the reason for termination, according to a regulatory filing dated March 11, 2026.
The order, which Power Peak Digest had earlier reported, was awarded on January 8, 2026. Deliveries were scheduled between February 2027 and May 2027.
The company stated that manufacturing for the order had not started, and therefore, the cancellation has no financial impact. Indo-Tech also said its order book remains stable, adding that it has received new orders worth about Rs 80 crore during the past week from various renewable energy projects.
