Indo-Tech Transformers secures Rs 65 crore transformer order

Indo-Tech Transformers Limited has received a new order valued at Rs 64.99 Crores plus applicable taxes. The company disclosed the development on January 09, 2026, through a regulatory filing.
The order was awarded through a Letter of Intent dated January 08, 2026, by Renew Wind Energy (JAMB) Private Limited. Under the contract, Indo-Tech Transformers will manufacture and supply six units of 220 kV 165 MVA power transformers.
According to the filing, the delivery of all six transformers is scheduled between February 2027 and May 2027. The company has clarified that the transaction does not fall under related party transactions. It has also stated that none of its promoters or group entities have any interest in the awarding company.
